1. Mandatory Legal Usage Disclaimer

By downloading, installing, or accessing SafeGuard, you acknowledge and agree that this software is strictly intended for legal monitoring purposes.

You may ONLY install SafeGuard Child on:

  • Devices owned by you, which are used by your underage children for whom you are the legal guardian.
  • Devices explicitly owned by you for personal backup or security purposes.

Installing this software on a device you do not own, or monitoring another adult (including spouses, partners, or employees) without their explicit, written consent is a federal and state crime. We do not condone, support, or take any responsibility for such illegal activities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and purchasing a premium subscription, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and the SafeGuard applications. All materials contained in this software are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the SafeGuard services to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international privacy laws.
  • Stalk, harass, abuse, or unlawfully monitor any individual.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Firebase backend servers, networks, or WebRTC signaling protocols.
  • Resell or distribute the SafeGuard APK files without official authorization from Precision India Engineering.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The materials and software provided by SafeGuard are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Precision India Engineering makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Precision India Engineering, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, or legal penalties) arising out of the use or inability to use the SafeGuard software.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

SafeGuard operates on a freemium model. Payments processed via Razorpay are non-recurring (no auto-renewal). Once a premium plan is purchased, it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances (please refer to our Refund Policy). Precision India Engineering reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your account, ban your IP address, and permanently delete your Firebase database records without warning or refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service, specifically regarding illegal surveillance of adults.

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to SafeGuard's website or software shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts associated with Precision India Engineering.
