1. The 3-Day Evaluation Period

We provide a fully functional, unrestricted 3-day free trial to every new user automatically upon registration. The sole purpose of this trial is to allow you to thoroughly test the SafeGuard Parent and Child applications, ensure compatibility with your specific device models, and verify network performance before making any financial commitment.

2. "All Sales Final" Policy for Digital Goods

Because we offer a comprehensive free trial to test our services, and because SafeGuard is a digital product where premium access is granted instantly, all sales are considered final once a subscription is successfully purchased.

We do NOT offer refunds for:

  • "Change of mind" or deciding you no longer need the software.
  • Failure to properly install the application on the target device after purchase.
  • The target device losing internet connection or being formatted.

3. ZERO Refunds for TOS Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated because you violated our Terms of Service (e.g., using the app for illegal surveillance, stalking, or tracking an adult without their written consent), you forfeit any right to a refund.

Precision India Engineering maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal software use. Banned accounts are permanently closed without financial reimbursement.

4. Valid Refund Exceptions

We will review and process refund requests ONLY under the following strict circumstances:

  • Duplicate Billing: If you were mistakenly charged multiple times for the exact same transaction due to a payment gateway error.
  • Complete Technical Failure: If the software completely fails to function due to a server crash or critical bug on our end, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report.

5. Cancellation Process

SafeGuard subscription plans (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year) are non-recurring. We do NOT store your credit card information, and we do NOT auto-charge your bank account when your plan expires. To cancel your subscription, you simply need to let your plan expire without purchasing a renewal. Your account will automatically revert to the restricted free tier.

6. Requesting a Review

If you believe your situation falls under our "Valid Exceptions" list, please contact our billing department within 7 days of your transaction. Include your Registered Email, Razorpay Payment ID, and a detailed explanation.
