1. Strict Legal Disclaimer & Acceptable Use

SafeGuard is strictly designed and licensed ONLY for parents to monitor their underage children or for individuals to monitor their own personal devices.

Installing this software on a device you do not own, or monitoring an adult (including a spouse, partner, or employee) without their explicit, written consent is a serious violation of federal and state privacy laws.
Zero Developer Liability: Precision India Engineering and the developers of SafeGuard take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for how this application is used. We do not promote, endorse, or support illegal surveillance, stalking, or spyware activities.
If you use this software illegally, you bear 100% of the legal consequences. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and provide your account logs if a legal warrant is presented.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our parental control services, the SafeGuard Child app collects data from the target device and transmits it securely to the paired Parent's dashboard. We collect:

Device Data

Battery levels, network status, Wi-Fi connections, and installed application lists.

Communication Logs

SMS logs, call histories, and incoming notification data from social apps.

Location Data

Real-time GPS coordinates to ensure the physical safety of your child.

Media Streaming

Live screen viewing and microphone access. Note: Media is streamed peer-to-peer (WebRTC) and is NEVER saved or recorded on our servers.

3. Data Security & Storage (Firebase)

Your data privacy is our highest technical priority. We utilize Google's Firebase infrastructure for backend operations.

AES-256 Encryption: All data transmitted between the Child and Parent app is secured using bank-grade AES-256 SSL encryption.
Strict Rules: Firebase Security Rules are implemented to ensure that a parent can ONLY access the data of the specific device they have paired with a unique 6-digit cryptographic code.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to advertisers or third-party marketing firms under any circumstances.

4. Indemnification

By installing and using SafeGuard, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Precision India Engineering, its developers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of the application. You agree that the developer acts merely as a software provider and is completely insulated from your actions.

5. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have absolute control over your data. If you delete your account from the Parent dashboard, or if your subscription expires and is not renewed, all associated Child device logs, credentials, and pairing histories are permanently purged from our Firebase databases. This action is irreversible.
